Key Responsibilities
The Social Worker identifies and addresses the social, emotional, and psychological needs of residents to ensure their well-being and adjustment to nursing home life. Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology and possess a valid state social work license. A minimum of two years of experience in geriatric social work is required, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to resident advocacy.
