Job Description
Providence is offering up to $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by providence that begin on your first day of employment.
This is a Full time, Day shift position
The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direct supervision.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Texas Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in rehabilitation.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic techniques to address patient needs. They will work independently or with supervisory guidance to provide high-quality, patient-focused care.
Requirements
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and hold a Texas Physical Therapist License. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is also required upon hire.
