Associate Veterinarian (DVM)

Midway Animal Hospital | Alpharetta, GA

Full-Time Veterinarian Opportunity

Midway Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) to join our close-knit team in Alpharetta, Georgia. We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a hospital where people genuinely enjoy working together.

Our hospital offers a supportive team, a diverse small animal caseload, strong surgical opportunities, and the freedom to pursue your professional interests. Whether you're passionate about surgery, diagnostic ultrasound, or exploring new services, we'd love to hear what you could bring to our team!

For veterinarians interested in taking the next step professionally, Midway also offers a unique opportunity for long-term leadership growth, with the potential to transition into a Medical Director role as part of our hospital's succession planning over the next couple of years.

Why Join Midway Animal Hospital?

At Midway, we believe great veterinary medicine starts with great people. Our hospital has built a welcoming, family-like environment where doctors, technicians, and support staff genuinely enjoy working together.

Experienced Clinical Support: Work alongside skilled registered veterinary technicians and cross-trained support staff who help keep the hospital running smoothly.

Room to Grow Your Interests: Have an interest in ultrasound, advanced surgery, acupuncture, chiropractic care, or another area of medicine? We'd love to explore how your interests could complement and expand our services.

Future Leadership Potential: For the right veterinarian, there's an opportunity to grow into medical leadership over time, with support and guidance from our current Medical Director.

As part of our hospital's succession planning, we're particularly excited about candidates who may be interested in growing into a Medical Director position over approximately the next two years.

This isn't an immediate leadership role. Our goal is to give the right veterinarian time to get to know the hospital, build relationships, and gradually develop leadership skills alongside our current Medical Director and hospital management team.

Previous leadership experience is welcome, but not required. We're looking for someone who enjoys practicing great medicine today and is excited about the possibility of helping shape Midway's future.
