Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, plan, and treat patients in a home health setting to assist them in achieving maximum functional independence. They are also responsible for supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy curriculum and hold a valid Occupational Therapist license. The role requires one year of experience or less if practicing under supervision, along with BLS/CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
