Location: Olympia, WA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100k - $175k per year. Bonus opportunities available based on production and quality of work.
Summary of Benefits

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Summary
The Total Joint Clinical ARNP supports a high-volume total hip and knee replacement practice by providing comprehensive preoperative and postoperative nursing care, patient education, clinical assessment, and care coordination. The RN works collaboratively with the orthopedic surgeon, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, surgery scheduling, and external healthcare providers to ensure patients are prepared for surgery and receive timely follow-up throughout recovery.
This position promotes surgical readiness, patient safety, continuity of care, efficient patient flow, and timely access to orthopedic services.
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Washington State Nurse Practitioner license.
- Orthopedic clinical experience.
- Wound assessment and wound care experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform clinical triage, coordinate care, and document accurately in an electronic medical record.
