Key Responsibilities
Case managers work within a multi-disciplinary team to create and implement client-centered care plans and facilitate individual and group counseling. They also maintain a safe, therapeutic environment through wellness checks, crisis intervention, and administrative record-keeping.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or equivalent experience, along with the ability to obtain a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor credential. A valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and the ability to pass a criminal background check are required.
