Requirements
- Education Requirements: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (graduates pre 2020 may have a Bachelor's or a Master's degree) or equivalent degree for foreign graduates.
- Experience Requirements: No experience required.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities.
- Working knowledge of equipment, supplies, Home Exercise Programs (HEP), and discharge instructions to facilitate a safe discharge plan.

Licensure & Certifications
