About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life
This is a dedicated outpatient neurology role centered on memory care and movement disorders, where you’ll work closely with adult patients experiencing conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other cognitive or neurologic impairments. Your day will be structured, predictable, and focused on meaningful patient interactions rather than high-volume turnover.
You’ll evaluate patients, manage ongoing treatment plans, and provide continuity of care in a setting that allows for deeper clinical relationships. This role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, working alongside neurologists and a supportive clinical team while maintaining ownership of your patient panel.
Expect a steady clinic flow with a focus on thoughtful assessments, medication management, and patient/family education. This is an ideal environment for providers who enjoy cognitive neurology, longitudinal care, and making a tangible difference in patients’ quality of life.

Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships and continuity of care

DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Preferred Background
Prior experience in neurology or memory care
Exposure to movement disorders (e. g., Parkinson’s disease)
Experience in an outpatient specialty clinic setting
Comfort with chronic disease management in adult populations
This Role Is Likely a Fit If You…
Enjoy building long-term relationships with patients and families
Are interested in cognitive neurology and memory care
Prefer a structured, weekday outpatient schedule
Value a mix of autonomy and team collaboration
Take pride in delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care

Prefer minimal patient follow-up or longitudinal care
Thrive in high-volume, rapid turnover clinic environments
Why Join Us
This is an opportunity to step into a focused neurology role where your work directly impacts patients navigating complex cognitive and neurologic conditions. You’ll be part of a supportive clinical environment that values thoughtful care, consistency, and collaboration.
