Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Act as a clinical leader within the facility to manage complex conditions and bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine.
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or PA license in Virginia. Experience in the post-acute or skilled nursing facility space is preferred.
