The Registered Dietitian will develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans for older adults and provide medical nutrition therapy. They will also conduct home visits, oversee kitchen operations, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support participant well-being.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and possess a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RDN credential. At least 1–2 years of clinical nutrition experience and one year of experience working with the frail and elderly are required.
