- The BNI Faculty Physician provides medical services within the scope of their licensing, training, and clinical privileges, and supervises and teaches residents and/or fellows as indicated.

Requirements
- Required: MD or DO degree.
- Successful completion of a residency program.
- AZ MD License Board qualifed or certified Credentialed SJHMC Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies.
