Florida Pain Physicians is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist with strong EMG/Nerve Conduction Study (NCS) experience to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Jacksonville.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Neurologist who wants to practice in a collaborative environment with access to pain management, diagnostic testing, physical therapy, and multidisciplinary clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret EMG and nerve conduction studies (NCS)
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and nervous system
• Manage patients with general neurological conditions, including neuropathy, headaches, memory disorders, movement disorders, and nerve-related conditions
• Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing and neuroimaging
• Prescribe and manage medications for neurological conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with Pain Management, Spine, Physical Therapy, and other specialists to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Active or eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Must be experienced and comfortable performing EMG/NCS testing
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in general Neurology
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary practice

Skills and Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in neurology, pain management, or related specialty.
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region.
• Proven experience in managing spine, pain, and neurological conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of current medical technologies and treatment protocols in pain and neuro care.
