About the Role
Join Integrity Pulmonary Specialist LLC as a Nurse Practitioner – Post-Acute Pulmonary, Field-Based in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pulmonary consultations and follow
- up visits at assigned post
- acute rehab and rehabilitation facilities across the East Valley, Central Scottsdale, and Central Phoenix
- Perform comprehensive pulmonary assessments to identify and address patient needs before conditions escalate to hospital
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or equivalent)
- Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain
- BLS and ACLS certification
