Key Responsibilities

The Optometrist will provide preventive and restorative eye care, including diagnosing vision-related symptoms and performing necessary procedures. They are also responsible for instructing staff, managing patient case files, and coordinating referrals to specialists.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a state optometry license in good standing and have the ability to obtain a Medicaid Provider number and NPI number. A strong interest in working with children and the ability to manage a diverse workload are required.
