Key Responsibilities

The Wellness Coordinator works under the Wellness Director to oversee resident services, including personal care coordination and medication management. They are also responsible for staff training, supervision, and ensuring the safe delivery of resident care.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed LPN or RN in good standing with at least 3 years of experience in assisted living or nursing homes. Strong knowledge of state regulations, excellent organizational skills, and experience in staff development are required.
