$3320 total weekly gross - $83/hour ($36/hour w-2 taxable, $47/hour non taxable stipend)

Pharmacist is responsible for providing a comprehensive pharmacy and medication management service to patients and ensures a consistent level of service Direct patient care and services are provided to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.

This position requires working rotational shifts: day, evening, nights, weekends, and Holidays.

The position provides the opportunity for career advancement through tier levels of Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist as determined by pharmacy experience. Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist for direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments.

In addition to the responsibilities of Advanced Practice Pharmacist I, Advanced Practice Pharmacist II is responsible for all specialized pharmacy–based clinics and providing an ongoing analysis of clinical services to develop programs that commensurate with the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities also include the administration of policies and procedures and directing programs and activities in accordance to TCRHCC’s mission, vision, and values. Incumbent serves as the Clinic Manager of Operations at the designated clinic(s) and provides technical and administrative supervision to professional and non-professional employees, i. e. Advanced Practice I, Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacy Billers.

** REQUIRED: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.

Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia and have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist; A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
