Two or three days a week, on a schedule set with you, at an established 4Ever Young center with steady patient demand. Base pay runs $60 to $75 an hour plus commission, for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who enjoys leading the filler conversation and building treatment plans patients commit to.

What You'll Do

• Lead aesthetic consultations and build treatment plans, with dermal filler as a core focus.
• Administer neurotoxins across Allergan, Galderma, and Jeuveau, plus dermal fillers, Sculptra, and SkinVive.
• Support the center's wellness services, including physicals, blood draws, and IV therapy.
• Keep accurate, timely charting under the center's written protocol with the offsite medical director.

Requirements

What We Need

• An active Georgia license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• A consultative approach to filler: comfortable recommending it and walking a patient through a plan.

Strong advantage: 3+ years injecting, Galderma or Evolus product depth, Sculptra or biostimulator experience, or energy device experience.

Benefits

Compensation

$60 to $75 per hour, commensurate with injectable experience and scope of practice, plus commission on the treatments you perform and incentives on the memberships and wellness bookings you generate. Some job boards require a posted range, so this band is published for that purpose and the center sets the final offer. We will walk you through exactly how the commission works on our first call.

Schedule

Two or three days per week, with the schedule set around you rather than fixed in advance. The seat suits an injector who wants a defined aesthetic day alongside another role, as well as a provider building a steady part-time career in aesthetics. No existing book of business is needed, though a following that would travel with you is welcome. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.

Center hours: Monday 10am to 3pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm, closed Sunday.
