What You’ll Need
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification

In Maryland, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to geriatric patients within their homes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve functional outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid physical therapy license in the state of practice or be eligible to apply. A degree from an accredited physical therapy program and current CPR certification are required.
