What You'll Do
- Conduct speech and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized therapy plans
- Treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation
What You'll Need
- Active Florida SLP License
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct speech and swallowing evaluations to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide education to patients and their caregivers.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license. Previous experience in a home health setting is preferred.
