Job Description
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Arizona
Role Summary
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will balance direct counseling with structured clinical guidance for a remote team. This role focuses on maintaining strong clinical standards, supporting counselor development, and ensuring clients receive consistent, effective care through virtual sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
- Provide clinical consultation and case guidance to counselors
- Review treatment plans and session notes for quality
- Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance across services
- Participate in care coordination and outcome reviews
- Active Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- At least 3 years of clinical counseling experience
- Experience supporting or supervising clinicians preferred
- Reliable home workspace and comfort with digital platforms

Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential and a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field. At least three years of clinical counseling experience is required, with preference given to those with supervisory experience.
