Requirements

• Required Education and Experience Education commensurate with license requirements at date of issue.

• Required License/Certifications/Registrations Current licensure in Physical Therapy through the Kansas Board of Healing Arts.

• Current BLS/CPR card from approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation, whichever comes first.
