Job description
Join Developmental Pathways Inc. as a BCBA – Flexible/Hybrid, Spanish-Speaking, $80K-$90K in Anaheim, CA, United States. We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism. Supervise behavior therapists and program managers while ensuring compliance with insurance standards and maintaining detailed progress reports.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and current BCBA certification. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check, with bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred.
