Speech Language Pathologist (Part Time: Collier)

Join Bridgeprep Academy as a Speech Language Pathologist (Part Time: Collier) in Collier, Florida. The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supports BridgePrep Academy and affiliated campuses statewide. As a member of the Special Populations team, the SLP provides direct and consultative services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools to assess students for speech and language disorders.

• Participate in referral, eligibility, and IEP processes to support appropriate service planning.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned to students’ unique needs and educational goals.

• Deliver direct and consultative services in individual and small-group settings across assigned campuses.

Requirements

• All students receiving speech-language services demonstrate measurable growth toward IEP goals

• 100% of IEPs and student records are compliant with IDEA, FERPA, and Medicaid documentation standards

• 100% of direct services are delivered in accordance with IEP minutes and timelines

• 90% or higher satisfaction among school partners and families regarding communication and service quality ---------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $35 - $50/hour.
