Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Counselor serves as the primary point of contact for young adults in the Recovery from Early Psychosis Program, managing patient assessments, treatment plans, and crisis interventions. They work within an interdisciplinary team to provide case management, supportive counseling, and community support services to patients and their families.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field and demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include 2-3 years of experience working with young adults experiencing psychosis and their families.
