Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Counselor serves as the primary point of contact for clients in the Recovery from Early Psychosis Program, assessing needs and developing individualized treatment plans. They provide supportive counseling, case management, and crisis intervention while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant behavioral health field and possess advanced verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include 2-3 years of experience working with young adults experiencing psychosis and their families.
