Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Analyst conducts comprehensive client assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to address target behaviors. They collaborate with families and service providers while providing direct care and clinical supervision in alignment with ABA best practices.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a relevant field and possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. An active Pennsylvania license in a relevant clinical field and the ability to pass criminal and child abuse clearances are required.
