Full time (32 hours of in-person patient care per week)
What you’ll be working on
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits with support and mentorship of an onsite clinical Preceptor.
Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Continuous learning during weekly Didactics with dedicated faculty, Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role
Must have completed accredited Family NP or PA program with a national certification with a graduation date between May 2026 to December 2026
Must hold active license in the state of NY or have submitted application for licensure prior to Dec 1, 2026

The base salary for this role is $131,800 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
