Job Requirements

• Board: BC in Nurse Anesthesia (NBCRNA)
• Licenses: Active Ohio License or willingness to obtain; CRNA certification
• Certifications: NBCRNA, AANA, BLS, PALS
• Experience: New grads welcome; pediatric experience preferred

Other Qualifications: BSN, graduation from accredited AANA program, strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, manual dexterity

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and formulate anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.
• Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
• Provide advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking in patient care.
