Job Description

As a vital member of the Therapy Planning Team at VIVIO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring evidence-based and cost-effective drug management. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Evidence-Based Reviews: You’ll receive comprehensive training to meticulously evaluate therapy requests against high-quality clinical evidence and VIVIO’s Drug Integrity Framework.

Collaborative Support: In addition to your review responsibilities, you’ll provide essential support to leadership, fellow pharmacists, clinical advisors, and non-clinician staff.

Good Communicator: You will be presenting various clinical programs to relevant stakeholders to share relevant clinical and cost-effectiveness data.

Dynamic Team Player: We’re seeking highly dynamic and collaborative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Remote Flexibility: This position is mostly remote. There are mandatory in-office requirements for meetings or training.

Travel: There is an up to 15% travel requirement for client meetings and other company events.

Variable duties: Working in non-specialty (pharmacy) and specialty clinical programs. Participation in Therapy Planning Team meetings.

Technology: You will be trained to use internal member management platforms to document relevant clinical and financial information

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with licensure in any one US state required

1 or more years of experience in clinical evidence review while interacting with patients and clinicians as part of an interdisciplinary care team required

1 or more years of experience in fast-paced patient management environment e. g., community pharmacy, MTM, ambulatory care etc.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong Attention to Detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, anticipate and solve problems.
• Competent at the intermediate level or higher with MS suite programs i. e., Word, Excel, Power Point
• Must be able to travel up to 15%.

Preferred Qualifications

1 or more years of experience with clinical program design, speaking with prescribers and other relevant stakeholders.

Experience in clinical data analysis with statistical training

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000–$130,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and the position's geographic location.
