Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence and activities of daily living. They are also responsible for supervising therapy assistants and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold or be eligible for a state license. Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
