Join Cantex Continuing Care Network as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full Time Home Health - Houston Central SW Corridor (21741) in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled home health physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Implement and carry out individualized Plans of Care (POC) developed and delegated by the supervising PT
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, and post
- surgical conditions
Requirements
- Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Home health physical therapy experience preferred (1+ year preferred)
- Knowledge of Medicare home health documentation standards preferred
