This position offers day shifts only. Work with Renew Medical Management in Jackson Township, New Jersey.
The Nurse Practitioner will conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. They will also collaborate with facility healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care across multiple post-acute settings.
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license and ANCC or AANP Board Certification. At least one year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred, along with reliable transportation for travel.
