The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients and their support systems. They collaborate with patients to develop and implement evidence-informed care plans across the care continuum.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School and an Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire. A minimum of 2 years of relevant social work experience is required.
