We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires dependability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Your Impact as an Assistant Director of Nursing
In this role, you will
* Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed
* Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs
* Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs
* Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records
* Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans
* Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources
* Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures
