About the Role
Join Liquid Personnel as a Social Worker – Family Support Team, Hybrid in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Caseload Management: Manage children subject to CASP, CP, and PLO.
- For Looked After Children, you will maintain the case until the initial review is held, at which point the child transfers to the Court Team.
- Duty System: Participate in the team duty rota, responding immediately and effectively to emerging safeguarding matters and crisis situations.
- Assessment & Planning: Undertake evidence-based assessments and create crisis response plans that are proportionate, managing potential risks while prioritizing the child's best interests.
