Key Responsibilities

• Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of patients.

• Establish patient goals and assist with achievement.

• Coordinate care with other medical providers in patient care planning.

• Provide prescribed physical therapy.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy curriculum accredited institute.

• Current PT license in the state of North Carolina.

• Two years experience is preferred.
