- Exemplifies knowledge of the cardiopulmonary system in order to perform the delivery of clinical care, while utilizing standards and practice and in accordance with the hospital mission and vision.

- Mechanism must be provided for contact of the employee (i. e. beeper, telephone, emergency contact).
- Flexibility in schedule in order to met the needs of the patients, community and staff.
- Participates in performance improvement to improve patient outcomes.
- Able to effectively perform patient handling procedures to ensure patient safety as well as employee safety.
