About the Role

Join Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Respiratory Therapist 2 – $15K Sign-On Bonus in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Exemplifies knowledge of the cardiopulmonary system in order to perform the delivery of clinical care, while utilizing standards and practice and in accordance with the hospital mission and vision.

Ability to work under limited supervision and to follow written and oral communication.

Knowledge of biopsychosocial and spiritual aspects of human behavior ranging from newborns to geriatrics.

Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills, empathy, and unconditional positive regard towards all patients and co

Requirements

Mechanism must be provided for contact of the employee (i. e. beeper, telephone, emergency contact).

Flexibility in schedule in order to met the needs of the patients, community and staff.

Participates in performance improvement to improve patient outcomes.

Able to effectively perform patient handling procedures to ensure patient safety as well as employee safety.

Signing bonus: $15,000.
