- Education: Education Associate’s degree (AA) from an accredited college or university whose program is approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) required.
- Licenses Current State of Colorado PTA license in good standing.
- Certifications Current BLS certification.
- Experience Two years’ experience as a PTA with all levels of Rehab across the age continuum.
