Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations while conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clinical documentation to ensure high-quality community-based mental health care.

Requirements

Requires a graduate or doctoral degree and full licensure as an LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, or Psychiatrist in Illinois. Candidates must possess Behavioral Screening Certification and complete Illinois Medicaid IM+CANS training.
