Key Responsibilities

• Minimum EducationGraduation from an accredited school of occupational therapy required. Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate required.

• Required Licenses[Ohio, United States] Occupational Therapist Must be licensed by the State of Ohio.

• Required SkillsNBCOT Registration PreferredCPR certified.

• Ability to evaluate formulate plan of care and perform therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care.

Requirements

• The Occupational Therapist is a licensed professional who evaluates and treats patients in accordance with state and national practice acts.

• In cooperation with the referral source, provides therapy evaluation to determine the extent of the symptoms and/or functional limitations relevant to the diagnosis.

• Develops treatment plan that is targeted and adjusted to decrease or eliminate the symptoms and functional limitations.
