Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments for ACHD patients in accordance with hospital and departmental standards.

• Develop and implement individualized, cardiac-focused treatment plans to optimize mobility, strength, and cardiopulmonary endurance.

• Provide therapy services within outpatient clinics and specialty ACHD programs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (cardiology, nursing, etc.) to support continuity of care.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

• OT certification from the state of Texas required.

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association preferred.

• 2 years clinical experience OR 1-year accredited residency experience preferred.
