Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, Senior Living Visits

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist will perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. They are responsible for developing and revising treatment plans while educating patients and families to promote health and independent living.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Ohio and possess a certificate of clinical competence or equivalent educational requirements. Prior home care experience and familiarity with electronic medical records are preferred.
