Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in their homes. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, educating caregivers, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current Florida Physical Therapist license. A minimum of one year of physical therapy experience and current CPR certification are required.
