Key Responsibilities

The Behavior Analyst serves as the primary clinical leader, overseeing a caseload of clients and providing supervision to clinical staff. Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing individualized service plans, and ensuring all clinical documentation meets professional standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a BACB-approved field and possess a BCBA certification or be eligible to sit for the exam. Additionally, at least one year of supervisory or management experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
