Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Status: Full-Time and PRN
Location: Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | 525 W Umpqua St, Roseburg, OR 97471

Schedule
- Full-time, PRN/On-Call shifts available
- Flexibility in scheduling
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Help residents regain confidence in communication, swallowing, and cognitive
skills
- Collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Bring your passion for people and your commitment to excellence to every session
What We’re Looking For
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Oregon
- New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- VitalStim certification preferred (not required)

Key Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills. They will also collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Oregon, though new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year are encouraged to apply. A team-oriented mindset and a passion for patient care are essential, with VitalStim certification considered a plus.
