Saint Andrew School is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven School Social Worker to join our Student Services team. Rooted in the values of Catholic education, this role supports the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students in grades PreK–8 and helps foster a nurturing, faith-filled school community. This opportunity is for the 2026-2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small group counseling to support student well-being
• Support and help implement Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum in PreK–8 classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and the Student Services team to support student needs
• Partner with families to provide guidance and connect them with resources
• Assist with student evaluations and the testing process
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation
• Support crisis response and promote a positive school climate grounded in Catholic values

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) or related degree required
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with children; school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education

This position has an annualized salary range of $39,000.00 - $50,000.00. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
