Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in their communities, focusing on achieving rewarding patient outcomes through clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Therapists will also participate in an interdisciplinary team approach centered on functional outcomes.

Requirements
