Job Description

At Central Ohio Primary Care (COPC), we believe physicians should be able to build meaningful, financially rewarding careers without sacrificing their autonomy, purpose, family, or quality of life.

As one of the nation's largest physician-owned primary care groups, COPC offers something increasingly rare in healthcare: the resources and support of a large organization combined with the culture, flexibility, and physician leadership of an independent practice.

We are seeking a Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) to join COPC Polaris, 1120 Polaris Parkway, #110, Columbus, OH 43240.

Why Physicians Choose COPC

Physicians are looking for more than compensation and benefits. They are looking for a practice environment where they can focus on patient care, have a voice in the organization, and build a sustainable career.

At COPC, You'll Find

  • Clinical autonomy within a supportive structure
  • Accessible leadership and opportunities for involvement
  • A culture that values physician well-being and long-term career satisfaction

  • Flexible scheduling. Enjoy scheduling flexibility within an established outpatient practice that supports both patient access and physician work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive family medicine. Provide care to patients across all stages of life, with an emphasis on preventive care, health education and chronic disease management.
