The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy to pediatric patients in their homes. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, completing documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary providers.
Candidates must hold an active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, and Article 9 certification. Dependable transportation is required to facilitate home visits across the assigned service areas.
