The Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will conduct functional behavior assessments and partner with families to drive progress and ensure effective implementation of ABA programs.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Additionally, an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Massachusetts is required.
